VICTORIA CUP (+ Derby/Oaks)

The Inter Dominion may want to argue but - in my humble - this weekend's card of racing is as good as it gets in this great state.

Headlined by four monstrous Group 1's and supported by some competitive undercard events - this is a night of Harness Racing action not to be missed.

The $300,000 Group 1 Victoria Cup is an amazingly tricky to read contest with many winning chances. And one of those chances is Rock N Roll Doo - whose owner, Brendan James joined me for episode one of HARNESSED.

Brendan - a man with decades of experience in the game - spoke of his excitement and trepidation with his boom four-year-old.

We also touched on a few of his young horses on the come up (a brother to Rock N Roll Doo is on the way) and his relationship with trainer Mick Stanley.

I also broke down the major races, including the Oaks, Derby and Bill Collins Sprint + identified a few winners (we hope) earlier in the evening.
